You mentioned 3D goggles that you could get hold of - also I heard about a product called track IR which measures head movements and pans the screen accordingly. Can you let me know about products like this please? - Could be very beneficial to my flight sims. many thanks

Just a quick note to say how happy I am with my new system. My old PC was no slouch, but I've had to adjust my mouse sensitivity in BF2, as the 'world' was moving too fast! The e mail updates are a good idea, and the silver folder with the rig is a great touch. Very impressed - I will recommend you to friends & colleagues.

Hi I just want to say thanks for providing such a fantastic service. My machine is up and running (although I haven't put it thru it's paces yet). I have never experienced this level of service from a pc vendor before. Most of my past purchases have been from organisations employing spotty geeks with no interpersonal skills whatsoever. You have exceeded expectation (eg. you didn't have the cooler I specified so you supplied a superior unit (I've checked - it is)) I don't buy a pc very often so you won't be seeing my money again for a long time I'm afraid, but when I do, you will. I also want you to know that ALL my future upgrades and components will be purchased through you. I really like being able to phone and speak directly with you as opposed to some call center who dont even know what the hell your talking about and listening to irritating music whilst being told that your calls important and to be patient whilst ringing up a horrendous phone bill (and still not resolving the problem). I keep recommending you as the best uk based monster pc builders and half the time people dont believe me, i am sure that others have browsed to this website to check out your goodies. Just wanted to tell you and wish you a very happy new year and to keep up the good work...after being severly disappointed by corporate companies I feel relieved to know that there are some decent companies out there (like your selves). Aside from the quality of the product your customer service is absolutely the best....better than any companies ive tried to date..so please dont change! (this is the part most people have difficulty believing, when I tell them that you answer the phone swiftly and politely and I am speaking with THE people who built my PC, no dodgy foreign call center, delays, stupid music and automated messages)...... Lastly, for some stange reason, this pc is getting FASTER...and I haven't even put any new drivers on, and OBLIVION IS BEING BLIZTED AT 1950X1200 Resolution with all settings at MAX!!! I am baffled but I love it!! Bring it on.... THANKYOU VERY VERY MUCH!!! I ll be back always...youve got my custom for good...seriously, any time I am thinking of components, I am thinking Wired2Fire...home...

Just a quick mail to bemoan the fact that not every company I have dealt with has been as perfectly helpful as you have been! I have twice mailed you over the last few months with random questions, and on both occassions received speedy, polite and knowledgable responses, enabling me to continue with trouble free gaming. However, when I phoned Wired2Fire on Monday, after taking a day off work to repair my 'terminally ill' PC, I was still mildly surprised at the helpfulness and patience at which I was treated by your staff - even by web standards, which I have generally found to be pretty good. I don't wish to name names in case I forget somebody, but they will probably be able to identify themselves by my details. For nearly an hour, I was talked every step of the way through a fairly complicated rescue procedure by someone who knew their onions and who wouldn't give up until my problem was sorted out satisfactorily. Fingers crossed, my PC is back up and running, with no noticeable loss of data or performance. Suffice to say, I will endeavour to purchase my next rig from yourselves, and hopefully let you convert my old hardware into a kick-ass media centre! Thanks very much fellas, if I could buy you a cold beer, I would!

"I couldn't not notice how tidy and well built it seems inside"

I have had my Wired 2 Fire PC for a month now, so thought it was high time I wrote an e-mail to say thankyou for a system which I am thoroughly impressed with. Despite it being classed as a mid-range system, it has absolutely no problem with any game I have brought near it, plus I couldn't not notice how tidy and well built it seems inside. It really is a very nice machine, and has lived up to everything I had hoped it would be. The extra silencing you sorted out also works a treat. It is without doubt the quietest PC I have ever run, yet keeps amazingly cool, with the GPU never really going much above 50 degrees, even while playing a moderately taxing game like Lord Of The Rings Online. Again, exceeded my expectations for being quiet. Once again, I am really pleased with the job you all did, and would happily recommend one of your systems to any other PC gamer.
