What cover does my warranty provide?
Wired2Fire offers a comprehensive warranty as standard. Your system is covered by either a collect and return warranty, return to base or on-site warranty. All these include parts and labour, so in the unlikely event of any problems you are well covered. Please refer to the warranty purchased to see exactly what yours covers.
Warranty for years 2 and 3 depend on the options you chose when you purchased your system. Please
refer to your owners handbook for the details.
In order to gain service under this warranty:
First contact the technical help line on: 0845 388 9051
They will attempt to diagnose and solve the problem
over the telephone. If they are unable to do this then
we will arrange to have the system collected or replacement
parts sent out (depending on warranty option)

LCD Monitor Dead Pixel Policy:
During manufacture, TFT monitors may include some dead pixels (either constantly bright or dark pixels). Manufacturers have adopted a policy of not replacing monitors with under a certain number of dead pixels (as defined by the manufacturer).
Wired2Fire Ltd are bound by the individual manufacturer dead pixel policy. This policy is adopted throughout the IT industry, although not widely advertised. The dead pixel policy is covered by the International ISO standard 13406-2.
By being open and honest about this policy Wired2Fire hopes to keep our customers fully informed about this policy and make them aware that if they receive a monitor that develops dead pixels below the manufacturers stated threshold that it will not be replaced. Some manufacturers may exceed this standard for dead pixels, please see individual manufacturers for exact dead pixel policy.
