How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order with Wired2Fire you may track the process of your purchase by logging in to the wired2fire site. The details of your orders will be displayed under your account overview. The order status indicates the stage of your order.
Pending: The order has been placed and we are awaiting payment/receipt of cleared funds. Upon cleared payment your custom built system will then be assembled. This normally takes no more than 48 hours depending on payment method.
Processing: Payment has been approved. Components will now be allocated to your order from stock, your system is now in a queue to be built. As all systems from Wired2Fire receive our full care and attention, your order may be at this stage from 3-8 working days. If there is likely to be a delay due to stock availability we will inform you at this stage.
Assembly Complete: Your system is now fully assembled and basic software has been installed. Once built your system will be manually optimised and then tested.
Tuning/Optimisation Completed: All hardware and software tuning has been completed. Your system has been fully benchmarked and will now undergo testing to check system stability. If the system does not fully complete the testing procedure, identifying any faulty components can take up to 48 hours, depending the nature of the fault..
Testing Completed: Your system has completed its final checks and has successfully completed the 24 hour burn in period. Your system is now ready to ship and will be dispatched shortly.
Dispatched: The order has left the Wired2Fire warehouse and is on its way to the specified delivery address. Orders will usually arrive next day before 5.30p.m, unless a Saturday or Pre 10.30a.m. delivery has been specified or delivery requires a sea crossing or is in remote regions of Scotland. You will receive a delivery tracking number at this point so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered and we have received confirmation of proof of delivery from our courier.
How long will it take before I receive my Wired2Fire system?
In most cases from order placement to delivery will take no more than 8-15 working days. Generally, it is within 10 working days ( 2 weeks). We know that all our customers want their new Wired2Fire PC as soon as possible and we do our best to make this so. However, we ask that customers be patient as each system is custom built from the ground up. If you would like to know the progress of your order then please do not hesitate to contact us. In the rare event of a delivery delay Wired2Fire will keep you informed every step of the way.
Where can Wired2Fire deliver?
Wired2Fire currently deliver to the United Kingdom and its outlying Islands only. Deliveries requiring a sea crossing are subject to a surcharge (see below).
How much will delivery cost?
Wired2Fire's pricing structure for delivery/carriage
is explained below. Pricing is based on total volumetric weight and actual prices may be more or
less depending on the total weight of your order. Please note that this pricing structure
was effective from 01.08.06.

Can I have my system delivered to an address other than that on my credit card?
If you have purchased by credit card, for security reasons, we will only deliver to the registered card holders address. For all other payment methods, delivery may be made to any valid UK address.
Can I collect my order?
You may collect your order from the Wired2Fire premises, we will require a secondary proof of identity which maybe a valid UK passport or photo driving licence.
What if I decide to cancel my order?
Wired2Fire are confident that you'll love your system when you receive it.
However, if you're not entirely happy you may cancel your order within seven (7)
working days following the date you received the Product. You must provide
notification of cancellation via post, fax, email or initiate a return using the automated returns system within this period stating
your full name and original invoice number. The customer will be given a full
refund less shipping costs to and from Wired2Fire on return of the undamaged goods,
subject to compliance with the following:
i. The customer must contact Wired2Fire by either telephone, email or fax, using the contact number or email address on our "Contact Us" page. You must provide your full name, invoice number and item description with the chosen return method.
ii. The customer must return the Product to the address given to you by Wired2Fire. The returned Product should be in "as new condition," in its original packaging and containing all manuals, parts, documents, warranty cards and all accessories as originally shipped;
iii. Prior to any reimbursement you must prepay the Product carriage/delivery charges and assume all risk of loss and damage to Products while in transit to us. (Some form of delivery insurance is advised.)
iv. Freight costs incurred by the customer for shipping to or from Wired2Fire will not be reimbursed.
v. If you have paid with a credit or debit card, £50 will be deducted from your refund to cover costs incurred by Wired2Fire for credit/debit card processing.
If you return Products:
i. Which have been damaged or used;
ii. After the seven (7) working day return period;
iii. Without proper or with missing packaging;
iv. Parts of which, including components, included products, accessories, packaging, boxes, documents and/or other items are damaged or missing, or
v. Without pre-paid delivery,
Wired2Fire Ltd retains the right either to refuse to refund the full product
purchase price, or to charge you repair or related fees and delivery charges.
We may in that case deduct those fees and charges from any payments to be refunded
to you. Subject to the above qualifications, we will repay the actual amount paid to us,
less any fees and charges due to us (as per the above) on returned Products, by
issuing you a refund using the refund method we choose or by crediting your account.
Exceptions to right of return: The right of return and refund does not apply to
products that have been customised or tailored to the individual purchaser, in accordance with
the customer's instruction.
